The new WAVE ID® Plus Mini card reader is our smallest, most capable desktop reader that now has USB-C compatibility.
WAVE ID Plus Mini readers offer all the features and benefits of our acclaimed WAVE ID Plus readers—but with a sleek, compact design that saves valuable space and allows for more versatile placement. These dual-frequency readers work with nearly every proximity and contactless smart card worldwide and support up to four simultaneous card configurations. The same ID cards used for building access can now secure workstations, applications, devices, networks and data across your entire organization, wherever people work.
WAVE ID Plus Mini readers emulate keystrokes to enter login screen data via a USB port connection. The serial models can connect to a RS232 port*. Additionally, SDK-compatible models can integrate into most software and hardware solutions using the rf IDEAS® Universal Software Developer’s Kit (SDK), supporting applications such as single sign-on, secure print, cashless campus, time and attendance, industrial vending and more.
With the rf IDEAS® Configuration Utility, the WAVE ID Plus Mini reader also functions as a comprehensive card analyzer for identifying card types, analyzing card data and configuring readers accordingly.

WAVE ID Plus Mini 读卡器可通过 USB 端口模拟键盘输入，直接向登录界面传输登录数据；串口版产品可连接 RS232 接口 *。此外，支持 SDK 的型号可借助 rf IDEAS® 通用软件开发工具包（SDK）集成至绝大多数软硬件解决方案中，适用于单点登录、安全打印、校园无现金支付、考勤管理、工业自动售货等多种应用场景。
借助 rf IDEAS® 配置工具，WAVE ID Plus Mini 读卡器还可作为功能全面的卡片分析仪使用，用于识别卡片类型、解析卡片数据并完成读卡器相应配置。
